Job Description



  • Drive high-impact technology projects aimed at boosting revenue, reducing costs, enhancing efficiency, and improving the customer experience.
  • Lead various IT domains and provide strategic & operational directions, including IT project management, application development, enterprise & data architecture, and IT operations.


  • Act as a change champion by applying stakeholder analysis and effective change management practices.


  • Keep senior leadership and functional teams informed with regular updates on project progress, key metrics, challenges, and risks.


  • Serve as a bridge across departments for cross-functional initiatives and projects with broad organizational impact.


  • Facilitate team sessions and collaborative workshops to drive alignment and progress.


  • Mentor others by offering hands-on coaching in business transformation and process improvement techniques.


  • Collaborate with leaders across business units to guide initiatives from planning through execution.



The Successful Applicant

  • Possess Bachelor's Degree, preferable from Information Technology major
  • Possess about 10 years working experience from a similar role, including project management and business analysis
  • Possesses in-depth knowledge and strong expertise in the insurance industry, including areas such as claims processing, policy administration, customer service, IT, and more.
  • Experienced across the full project lifecycle, from initial conceptual design to thorough system testing and all phases in between. Also holds a PMP certification.
  • Skilled in strategic planning and decision-making
  • Strong analytical abilities, with a deep understanding of interpreting business needs and converting them into practical operational requirements
