Working closely with the Head of IT and Head of IT Application, the role ensures high availability, resilience, and compliance across head office and nationwide branches.

The organization operates mission‑critical trading, clearing, and settlement platforms, serving both institutional and retail investors, and complies closely with regulatory and SRO requirements.

Job Description

  • Operate and support JONEC system, JTPM, and SRO applications including CBEST, ECLEAR, CTP, and S‑INVEST
  • Manage day‑to‑day data center operations for Production and Disaster Recovery Center (DRC)
  • Run IT infrastructure operations and provide technical support for head office and all branch offices
  • Design, manage, and execute Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Plan (BCP) testing
  • Oversee preventive maintenance for servers, network, and security devices to ensure maximum system uptime
  • Track and manage hardware and software obsolescence, including solution planning and periodic reporting
  • Conduct capacity planning and system monitoring across infrastructure, networks, and security devices
  • Manage PABX systems, voice and data cabling, new voice line installations, and extension relocations
  • Manage, perform, and monitor data backup processes, including backup to NAS or external storage
  • Act as Application Administrator for CBEST, ECLEAR, KPEI reporting portal, Fidessa, S‑INVEST, HORIZON MM, and company trading and structured warrant websites
  • Work collaboratively with the Head of IT and Head of IT Application, reporting directly to the Head of IT and Regional IT Director

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT functions, preferably within banking, securities, or capital markets
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree, or professional qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
  • Hands‑on experience with BOFIS (Brokerage Financial System)
  • Strong familiarity with SRO infrastructure and applications such as JTPM, CBEST, ECLEAR, CTP, and S‑INVEST
  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure in a highly regulated, high‑availability environment
  • Strong learning mindset and adaptability to evolving technologies
  • High attention to detail with strong documentation and reporting discipline
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated leadership capability in managing infrastructure teams and critical operations
