  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges.

  • Lead and mentor a diverse team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Support business change, acting as a single point of contact for senior stakeholders, facilitating synergies and alignment across the area.
  • Oversee the delivery of IT projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Identify opportunities for leveraging technology to improve business processes and drive competitive advantage.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, with a strong background in business partnering within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale IT projects and driving digital transformation.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and how technology can enhance them.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
