Job Description

  • Design and sustain architecture that aligns with the broader IT vision, ensuring it meets the company's strategic objectives.
  • Develop and execute a roadmap to guide the adoption of new IT systems while transitioning existing ones towards a unified enterprise application framework.
  • Manage architecture governance processes, enabling senior IT leadership to allocate resources toward initiatives that are both strategically and financially sound.
  • Assess and explore emerging technologies as a subject-matter expert, contributing to innovation and process enhancements.
  • Lead the architecture team in defining and promoting technology reference models, best practices, and standards across the organization.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with a solid background in designing IT solutions
  • Exposure to variety of technology domains such as applications, system integration, IT infrastructure, DevOps, cloud, and cybersecurity; with familiarity to DevOps & Cloud technology (i.e. Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Proven experience in shaping solution architecture for major projects while working with both in-house and outsourced teams.
  • Ability to align IT strategies with business objectives and maintain a holistic perspective in complex environments.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
