Job Description

  • As an Investor Relations professional, your main responsibilities will include:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Investor Relations strategy to strengthen engagement with analysts, investors, and rating agencies.
  • Manage quarterly earnings preparation, including financial scripts, Q&A briefings, press releases, and investor decks.
  • Monitor market trends, peer performance, sector dynamics, and shareholder movements to inform senior management decision‑making.
  • Serve as the primary spokesperson for investor‑related communication, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant disclosures.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Finance, Strategy, Corporate Secretary, and Business Units to consolidate financial and operational data for external reporting.
  • Coordinate investor roadshows, briefings, conferences, and engagement sessions-local and international.
  • Ensure alignment with corporate governance, regulatory requirements (OJK/IDX), and sustainability reporting standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement of internal processes, data accuracy, and analytics underpinning investor communication materials.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, Corporate Finance, or Strategy-preferably within financial services, banking, investment, or fintech.
  • Expertise in capital markets, financial modelling, valuation, and analyst‑level financial storytelling.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Experience engaging institutional investors, buy‑side, sell‑side analysts, and rating agencies.
  • Deep understanding of public‑company disclosure requirements and corporate governance standards.
  • Proven ability to work closely with C‑suite executives and board‑level stakeholders.
  • CFA qualification (preferred) or other relevant professional certifications.
