Job Description

International Market Expansion

  • Lead strategic initiatives to grow the company's presence across major global markets.
  • Conduct market research to assess customer needs, category trends, competitive activity, and new opportunities.
  • Develop and execute market‑entry and expansion strategies tailored to regional dynamics.



Market Identification & Stakeholder Management

  • Identify high‑potential markets and evaluate growth opportunities for the company's product portfolio.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, distributors, government agencies, and external partners.
  • Work closely with regional stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and successful market penetration.



Sales Strategy & Marketing Collaboration

  • Create short-term and long-term international sales plans aligned with company goals.
  • Partner with the marketing team to develop promotional programs, digital campaigns, and in‑market activations that support sales.
  • Analyze sales performance and refine strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.



Business Development & Channel Growth

  • Identify, engage, and secure new customers, distributors, and channel partners in target markets.
  • Introduce and position products effectively to drive brand visibility and customer acquisition.
  • Develop region‑specific pricing and distribution strategies.



Export Operations & Logistics Management

  • Oversee the complete export documentation process and ensure compliance with global trade regulations.
  • Manage Incoterms, customs requirements, and coordination with logistics partners for efficient shipment handling.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and cost‑effective export logistics from factory to final destination.



Product Launch & Market Activation

  • Support the planning and execution of product launches in new export markets.
  • Lead all export‑related activities including partnerships, legal requirements, channel setup, and distribution planning.



Trade Compliance & Regulatory Oversight

  • Ensure adherence to international trade laws, customs regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Stay updated on global import/export policies, tariffs, and licensing requirements to mitigate risks.



Exhibitions, Trade Shows & Networking

  • Plan and manage the company's participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
  • Build relationships with buyers, suppliers, and industry leaders to expand business opportunities.



Supply Chain & Inventory Coordination

  • Collaborate with production and inventory teams to fulfill export orders on time.
  • Track international shipments to maintain alignment with delivery commitments.



Risk Management & Insurance

  • Ensure all international shipments are adequately insured.
  • Stay informed about export/import insurance policies to safeguard financial exposure.



Sales Performance & Revenue Targets

  • Establish clear targets for revenue, new customer acquisition, and lead generation.
  • Continuously evaluate performance metrics to optimize profitability and improve future planning.

The Successful Applicant

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8-12+ years of experience in international sales, export management, or global business development.
  • Proven success leading sales growth across multiple international regions.
  • Strong background in distributor management, channel development, and export operations.



Skills & Competencies

  • In-depth understanding of export documentation and global trade regulations.
  • Strong strategic planning, analytical, and forecasting capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience coordinating with logistics and supply chain partners.
  • Leadership experience working with cross‑functional and multicultural teams.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
