Job Description
- Responsible for the overall project delivery
- Project set up, planning, kick off, reporting (regular report to steering committee)
- Stakeholder management and alignment
- Organizational change impact, change implementation
- Communication with central team including weekly meeting/call, status reporting
- Weekly team alignment meeting (status, priorities)
- Coordination of all local departments involved
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in accounting (Accounting qualification is preferable)
- 10 - 15 years working experience in audit, consulting and/ or Insurance company
- Strong knowledge and experience in IFRS 17
- Experience in managing a big team and conflicting priorities
- Good command of English (speaking and writing)
- Good analytical and communication skill
- Good project management skill
