Job Description

As the Head of Human Resources, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Overseeing all HR functions, including talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, and labour laws
  • Managing the recruitment and selection process
  • Supporting business needs through robust HR practices
  • Creating and fostering a positive working environment
  • Ensuring legal compliance throughout the Human Resource Management
  • Assessing training needs and monitor training programs
  • Reporting to the CEO and providing decision support through HR metrics

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Human Resources should have:

  • A thorough understanding of HR functions and best practices
  • Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
  • The ability to strategise and implement HR objectives
  • Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to engage, inspire, and influence people
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage complex HR issues
