Job Description

As a Head of HR&GA, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the organisation's objectives.
  • Overseeing the recruitment, onboarding, and talent development processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations in the location.
  • Designing and managing compensation and benefits programmes.
  • Fostering a positive organisational culture and promoting employee engagement.
  • Advising leadership on people management and organisational development strategies.
  • Leading performance management initiatives to enhance employee productivity.
  • Managing HR budgets and evaluating HR metrics for improvement opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of HR&GA should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior HR role within the energy and manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices in the location.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage teams.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives effectively.
  • Proficiency in managing HR systems and analysing HR metrics.
