Job Description

As Head of HR, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.
  • Managing employee relations and ensuring adherence to labour laws.
  • Driving initiatives related to employee engagement and organisational culture.
  • Analysing HR metrics and providing insights to senior leadership.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Collaborating with department heads to address workforce planning needs.
  • Leading and mentoring the HR team to achieve department objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of HR should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership experience within the retail industry and large size organisations .
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and local labour laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
  • Analytical skills to interpret HR metrics and data.
