Job Description

Responsible for the end-to end HR function and employee life cycle from recruitment to termination

Handle digitilization transformation for learning management system and performance management system

Analyzes and provide recommendation on all HR aspects across departments.

Recruitment and selection of talent.

Conduct & Oversee Orientation and Induction.

Provide support and advice for recruitment and termination processes and Compensation & Benefits

Insure timeliness, accuracy and compliance of the payroll.

Conduct annual compensation review & manage career review/succession planning.

Management of staff Union, and Collective Agreement negotiation and administration process;

Actively implement strategic HR initiatives such as succession planning and staff retention programs for the Company and within the department as and when appropriate;

The Successful Applicant

Minimum 8-10 years of HR management experience, ideally in a multinational environment

Strong background in talent management, industrial relations, and HR digitalization

Experience working with multiple stakeholders on a country and regional level, ideally in a joint venture environment.

Background in shipping, transportation. supply chain, logistics, or freight forwarding industries

Excellent communicator and strong business and commercial acumen
