Job Description

  • Lead the Health Insurance division to drive both top-line revenue growth and bottom-line profitability.
  • Develop and execute the strategic plan for the Health business, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Continuously assess market opportunities and trends to identify areas for innovation and growth in the health insurance sector.
  • Improve turnaround times (TAT) and enhance the quality of service delivered to customers and distribution partners.
  • Lead process optimization initiatives, leveraging technology and automation to drive cost savings and improve operational performance.
  • Collaborate with product teams to develop and refine health insurance products that meet customer needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain a balanced and profitable portfolio, with a focus on achieving the desired combined ratio and managing claims performance.
  • Foster strong relationships with key customers, business partners, and distribution channels to drive business acquisition, retention, and renewal.

The Successful Applicant

  • Min. 10 years of working experience in group health business
  • Proven track record in driving growth and profitability in the health insurance business.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute effective growth strategies.
  • Deep knowledge of the health insurance industry, including underwriting, claims, and regulatory requirements.
