As the Head of Account Growth, you'll be responsible for driving large-scale user acquisition, engagement, and retention for one of Indonesia's most promising digital banking solutions. This is a strategic leadership role where you'll shape and execute the end-to-end growth roadmap - combining data-driven marketing, partnerships, and product-led initiatives to accelerate adoption across millions of MSMEs.

Job Description

  • Design and execute an integrated growth plan across paid, organic, and referral channels to achieve ambitious user acquisition goals.
  • Oversee brand positioning, awareness, and performance campaigns that position the platform as a leading voice in digital finance for entrepreneurs.
  • Develop collaboration with business communities, digital ecosystems, and online marketplaces to boost user conversion and retention.
  • Work closely with product, data, and tech teams to improve onboarding, activation, and customer lifetime value through funnel optimization and A/B testing.
  • Lead experimentation, track key growth metrics (CAC, LTV, retention), and leverage data tools to inform smarter decisions.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing growth team covering acquisition, digital performance, and marketing analytics.
  • Oversee multi-channel acquisition budgets and continuously improve ROI.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Growth should have:

  • A strong background in marketing, preferably within the Financial Services industry, SAAS company, Crypto company, stoke broker company, etc
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using Google Analytics, Firebase, Amplitude, or similar tools.
  • Proven track record in scaling user bases and optimizing growth funnels.
  • A strategic yet hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
