My client seeking a Head Fund Operation to in charged the end-to-end fund operations process. You will be responsible for building 'best-in-class' infrastructure that inspires investor confidence and ensures the long-term scalability of the fund. This role is critical in ensuring strong governance, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and seamless coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Job Description

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end fund operations, including fund structuring support, capital calls, distributions, NAV oversight, and fund reporting
  • Manage fund accounting and financial reporting, working closely with external fund administrators, auditors, and tax advisors
  • Ensure compliance with OJK regulations, fund agreements, and internal governance standards
  • Oversee investor reporting, including quarterly reports, capital statements, and ad-hoc investor queries
  • Partner closely with Investment, Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams to support deal execution and portfolio monitoring
  • Drive process improvement, automation, and operational scalability as the fund grows
  • Manage and develop the fund operations team, setting KPIs and ensuring high performance
  • Act as the key point of contact for LPs, custodians, auditors, and regulators

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CPA / CFA is a plus)
  • 7+ years of experience in fund operations, fund accounting, investment management, or related roles
  • Strong exposure to Venture Capital, Private Equity, or Asset Management environments
  • Solid understanding of fund structures, LP agreements, capital calls, and distributions
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, audit, and regulatory compliance
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams and external service providers
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
