Job Description

As a Head of FP&A, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the financial planning and analysis function to provide strategic guidance to the organisation.
  • Developing and managing financial models to support business forecasting and decision-making.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to create budgets and financial reports aligned with organisational goals.
  • Providing actionable insights through in-depth analysis of financial performance and market trends.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial standards and regulatory requirements within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism sector.
  • Driving process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting.
  • Mentoring and developing a high-performing Accounting & Finance team.
  • Presenting financial updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of FP&A should have:

  • A strong educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Experience within the Retail industry is advantageous.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging with key stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and ERP systems.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • The ability to lead and inspire a team effectively.
