Job Description

* Launch and grow the E-Commerce Platform in the Philippines
* Drive the acquisition and management of sellers, brands and vendors while scaling the platform to have large assortment of products
* Develop and execute a Marketing and Customer acquisition plan. Maintain a customer base with a high retention rate
* Set up a minimum viable product and refine the platform for the Philippine market
* Acquire and manage logistics providers that will ensure high levels of seller and customer satisfaction
* Build, develop and grow a Philippine E-Commerce team

The Successful Applicant

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in any course
* 5+ year's experience in e-commerce, start-up, consulting, or product management
* Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to execute and get things done.
* Handling Commercial sales/sales targets through category management, pricing/promotions, merchandising and product development
* Experienced in handling e-commerce operations - logistics, warehousing, delivery, order processing, customer service
