One of the fastest growing retail group in Indonesia is looking for Head of Digital Marketing (Performance) .

Job Description

  1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with the organisation's business goals and objectives.

  2. Manage digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels, such as social media, search engines, and display networks, to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase conversions.

  3. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, as well as to stay ahead of the competition.

  4. Analyse campaign performance metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI) to optimise campaigns and improve results.

  5. Manage advertising budgets to ensure that campaigns are cost-effective and deliver a positive ROI.

The Successful Applicant

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any related fields
  2. Solid 8 years experience in managing digital marketing
  3. Performance marketing exposure is a must have
  4. Preferably coming from retail sector
  5. Willing to be placed in Jakarta office
