Client is one of the B2B Fintech with recent funding raised in Series B.

Job Description

  • Overseeing the data management - not only technical aspects but also operational aspects, as well as engaging in strategic planning
  • In charge of strategy, planning and execution of Data Team, from Data Analysts, Data Scientists and Data Engineers
  • Overseeing Data Management Projects, Policies and Procedures
  • Develop goals for Data Management to continually enhance productivity, quality, and actively contribute to the strategic decision-making process and impetus to achieve the corporate goals

The Successful Applicant

  • Have a bachelor's degree or higher, as well as education in relevant fields. Such as computer science, management information systems, or data science.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in various data functions, with 2 years experience of leading a productive team
  • Successful track record in building a data organization & infra that grows along with the business growth - is a plus
  • Have strong interpersonal skill
  • Shows great leadership and time management skill
