Job Description

As a Head of Data & AI, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the Data & AI initiatives to drive innovation in fundamental data practices and advanced analytics.
  • Manage key Data & AI initiatives as a project leader, ensuring timely execution and effective collaboration across functions.
  • Provide strategic direction for Indonesia office data practices and collaborate with regional office counterparts.
  • Work closely with IT and related business units to ensure cohesive governance and seamless technical integration.
  • Oversee and enhance data quality, lineage, and compliance across all data platforms.
  • Foster data literacy and promote awareness of data governance principles across the company.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Data & AI should have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant discipline, with over 8-10+ years of professional experience in data governance, analytics, or leading AI-related programs.
  • Solid expertise in data architecture and the design of enterprise-level data platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and delivering cross-functional data and AI initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership capabilities.
  • Background in financial services is advantageous.
