Our client is an established MNC company with reputable household products in the market looking for Head of B2B/Corporate Sales that will be in-charge on developing B2B sales strategy and execution to drive growth and penetration of the company in Indonesia market.

Job Description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and direct outreach to potential clients.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, delivering exceptional service to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • Assess client needs and customise proposals and presentations to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Lead contract and pricing negotiations to establish mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to support strategic sales and marketing efforts.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams-including marketing, product, and operations-to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and uncover new business opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in B2B/Corporate Sales, Marketing, or Business Development with network with big corporations within Indonesia market.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B client engagement and a strong grasp of B2B market strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
