About Our Client

Our client is one of the market leader for Financial Services business in Indonesia. They are currently looking for experienced and highly motivated individual who is passionate in Corporate Finance.

Job Description

  • Manage the investor relations function and act as the company's representative to the investment community and shareholders
  • Involve in any of the company's corporate actions such as deals, due-diligence, M&A, Fund raising, IPO Projects, and other investment opportunities
  • Responsible to analyse the valuation and returns along with the deal restructuring process and other transactions related matters
  • Liaising with the business partners and stakeholders across all levels to achieve the investment goal
  • Create any transactions report for internal and external purposes
  • Identify investment opportunities to drive the business growth
  • Present the Investment and business strategic road map plan to the stakeholders and investors

The Successful Applicant

  • Undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting is required, postgraduate degree is preferred
  • CPA and CFA certifications and MBA background would be a PLUS
  • At least 5 year (s) of working experience in Corporate Finance field is required
  • Have an International experience in large PE/ Funds companies
  • Strong in Financial Modeling, Valuation, and Fund raising skills
  • Handled various overseas deals and projects
  • Strong communication skills in English and presentation skills
  • Excellent Excel skills, Power Point, and attention to detail
