Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for infrastructure and information security aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor teams across network operations, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
  • Oversee risk management, compliance, and governance for all technology systems.
  • Drive business continuity planning and disaster recovery strategies.
  • Engage with C-level executives, regulators, and strategic partners to ensure alignment and trust.
  • Optimize infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
  • Stay ahead of emerging threats and implement proactive security measures.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in infrastructure and information security leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in executive leadership within payment platforms or financial technology companies.
  • Extensive experience in stakeholder management at board and regulatory levels.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and security frameworks (ISO 27001, PCI DSS).
  • Expertise in network architecture, encryption, and identity management.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
