Job Description

  • Overseeing the end-to-end process of commercial claims management to ensure timely and accurate handling.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to optimise claims operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies in all claims activities.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of claims professionals to achieve departmental goals.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex claims cases effectively.
  • Analysing claims data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on high-value or complex claims cases.
  • Contributing to the development of policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

  • A strong background in commercial claims management within the insurance industry.
  • Relevant educational qualifications in business, finance, or a related field; professional insurance qualification (AAMAI and/or ANZIFF) preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex claims scenarios.
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
  • Fluent in English, strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
