About Our Client
Our client is named a global leader in pet health nutrition - Royal Canin. The company manufactures and supplied dog and cat feed worldwide. Consequently, they are looking to bring on board a driven VetPro Pillar Head.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for any sales activities. Other responsibilities include:
- Leading the sales strategy with a view to our 2020 vision: ambitious targets, route to market, improved business model aligned to customer growth.
- Empowering and motivating associates to make decisions and drive performance
- Developing a talent development pipeline of capable leaders
- Building a strong consumer promo and activations and aligning strategy with VET clinics strategy, promotions, and breed solution events
- Managing product portfolios and actively involve in creating strategic sales management, forecasting, trade marketing, etc.
- Aligning KPI's, overall VET growth plan, and resources to the customer growth model
- To successfully develop distributor and key account development in order to achieve multi year sales and share growth, to grow strategic relationship with accounts
- Responsible for directing priorities and providing solutions to achieve /exceed company, Sales Operations and individual objectives.
The Successful Applicant
It is essential that the candidate we are looking for has an in-depth knowledge in trade marketing and it's a perfect opportunity for dogs and cats lover. You must be able to communicate in English. This role is based in Jakarta and looking for Indonesian nationality.
To seize the opportunity you should have:
- Fluency in English and Bahasa is a must.
- 10 years in trade marketing and commercial
- Strong knowledge in sales force management
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong strategic planning
