About Our Client

My client is one of the biggest property companies in Indonesia. As Head of Campaign, you will help the company with their Digital Transformation project.

Job Description


  • Manage team to develop an integrated campaign strategy with the intent of creating leads and acquiring customers
  • Develop offline (events and partnerships) and online program activities, budget, KPIs, marketing
    gimmicks/ return on engagement, and execution plan and calendar for pre-launch and launch in coordination with field marketing
  • Supervise the execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing campaigns (offline and online) and their success
  • Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results
  • Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects
  • Chat room policy and management (customer experience consistency incl. informativeness and responsiveness, key messaging consistency)
  • Establish customer advisory boards and customer advocacy programs

The Successful Applicant


  • More than 10 years of experience in related subjects and at least minimum 5 years in senior manager role
  • Experience in media agency/FMCG background preferred but not a must
  • Strong understanding of the marketing campaign process and best practices
  • Experience overseeing simultaneous campaigns
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Experience in doing presentation and delivering report directly to C-level management
  • Excellent project management skills
