About Our Client

Our client is one of the leading and largest two-wheeled motorcycle manufacturers in the world. The operations in Indonesia is consisted of a manufacturing facility and a Head office in Central Jakarta. The operations in Indonesia primarily manufacturing products for ASEAN countries with products produced here are now exported globally to more than 30 countries across other continents such as South America, Africa, Europe, Middle East and South Asian.

Job Description

The key goal of the assignment is to identify a General Manager that will be able to provide a much needed strategic business planning for the Indonesian entity. Other key requirements:​

  • A General Manager / Senior Management Consultant who is equipped with at least 5 - 7 years of strategic business management​
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and assignments in a changing environment with competing projects​
  • Demonstrated financial acumen and successful cases navigating and influencing stakeholders from other departments such as Sales, Manufacturing, Finance, HR etc on Business Strategy or process improvements​
  • Exposed to data analysis and data visualization for critical presentations and communications.​
  • Excellent communication (in English) and proven facilitation skills - building relationships​

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate must have demonstrated experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, strategic consulting, business planning, and/or equivalent experience. Candidate will likely come from the following industries:​

  • Big Four Consulting Firms​
  • Established Management Consulting Firms​
  • Private Equity Firms​
  • MNC Automotive Companies; OEM, Parts etc​
  • Industrial Manufacturing
