Job Description

As a Head of Business, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to open new markets and drive company expansion.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities aligned with the company's growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful market entry and project execution.
  • Monitor industry trends and provide insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Represent the company in regional business forums and negotiations.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Business should have:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in business development, market expansion, or related leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in opening new markets or leading regional expansion initiatives.
  • Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Southeast Asia.
