Strategy & Business GrowthEstablish and strengthen the organisation's market position to achieve long-term financial growth.Identify and evaluate new project opportunities aligned with business strategy.Develop project capture strategies, client engagement plans, and conversion pathways.Maintain deep understanding of market dynamics, client needs, competitor landscape, and industry trends.Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, prospects, consultants, and government stakeholders.2. Leadership & CollaborationFoster a collaborative, cross‑functional working environment to maximise organisational capability.Empower teams and stakeholders to work jointly on business development initiatives.Provide clear leadership in achieving BD targets and executing strategic priorities.3. Client Relationship ManagementActively manage client and partner relationships to position the company for new opportunities.Develop in-depth engagement strategies to build credibility and trust with key market players.Negotiate and close business deals effectively, ensuring sustainable commercial outcomes.4. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)Promote a strong HSE culture within the team and across business development activities.Ensure all HSE expectations and critical controls are understood and implemented by the team.Support incident investigations and ensure timely reporting when required.5. Functional & Operational ExcellenceEnsure all BD processes, governance, and risk management practices comply with company policies and industry standards.Monitor financial indicators, production KPIs, and business outcomes regularly.Drive continuous improvement initiatives in quality systems and business processes.6.
