Job Description

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for retail expansion.
  • Identify and evaluate potential markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Lead a team of business development professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure successful expansion.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve growth targets.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to the executive team.

The Successful Applicant

  • Must have strong experience in retail expansion, with proven experience working in a company with rapid growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of the retail industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to explore new markets and meet with partners.
