Job Description

The Head of Battery Engineering & Solutions will be responsible for:

  • Technical Leadership: Design and oversee robust battery solutions using various chemistries (Li-ion, LFP, sodium-ion), ensuring safety, performance, and commercial viability.
  • Industry Engagement: Represent the company in forums, build strategic relationships, and guide future technology roadmaps.
  • Business Enablement: Support sales and BD teams with tailored proposals, feasibility studies, and client engagement.
  • Emerging Market Strategy: Customize solutions for Southeast Asia's unique grid and policy challenges, including hybrid PV+BESS systems.
  • Team Building: Develop and mentor a high-performing engineering team and establish scalable design practices.



The Successful Applicant

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Storage or a related discipline
  • At least 8 years' experience in battery, battery storage systems
