About Our Client
Leading Regional Life Insurance business in Indonesia
Develop the strategic direction and growth strategy for his/ her domain Bancassurance distribution channels with the bank partner/s.
Drive partnership business plan, distribution strategy and project implementation.
Serves as the primary interface for all products and services and creates demand for the organization's products and services by raising their profile with customers
Establish initiatives to execute effectively on Bank partnership agreements to achieve the Bancassurance distribution business objectives
Monitor the evolution of the industry, evaluate market potential, and identify appropriate opportunities for growth and expansion in domain area in collaboration with bank partners.
Collaborate with all internal function across the business to successfully achieve targeted results for Bancassurance partnerships. This includes establishing clear governance processes, monthly formal internal reviews and meetings with partners at working and executive committee levels.
Build and execute best practice playbooks to ensure optimization of banking relationships.
Work with other channels/ business portfolio, such as corporate solution, DMTM to leverage practices which may enhance results in Bank partnerships
Collaborate with all related parties and external business partners to ensure the running business operations are complied with the relevant legislation, guidelines and codes of the regulators and the compliance guidelines of Group office, including ensuring that proper segregation of duties and operational controls are in place.

The Successful Applicant
Minimum Bachelor Degree in marketing, business, or Finance
Minimum 2 years experience as life insurance channel head
Excellent knowledge of the Financial Services industry, especially in Indonesia, and an understanding of the marketing, customer service and financial management aspects of insurance operations.
Extensive experience in bank distribution, insurance distribution management and/or business development in related industry. Successful track record in building and executing new strategic relationships.
Strong communication skills and the ability to bring across ideas succinctly to business partners and Senior Management
Strong understanding of Banking and Insurance regulations, processes, customer behaviors and business environment is preferred
Good interpersonal and people leadership ability, to achieve objectives through influencing others not in a direct chain of command and at all levels.
A strong business orientation and determination to achieve challenging objectives
Demonstrate a strategic, analytical, disciplined and collaborate approach
