Job Description

As Head of the business, this individual will drive the market strategy in Cambodia, ensuring a world class model and product branding, laying the foundation for operational excellence at the production lines and enforcing ethical business practice to build a sustainable and successful brewery business.

The Successful Applicant

This role is based in Phnom Penh and we welcome applicants who are keen to relocate and take the helm where you can shape and define the business from the top. The ideal candidate will have about 15 years of experience at the senior management level, and you have working experience in Cambodia/Lao/Vietnam/Thailand/Malaysia/Myanmar/Singapore etc, with solid knowledge of Asia culture and market competitiveness in this region, coming across as dynamic and commercial. Industry background in Brewery/Beverage business will be desirable.
