They are now seeking a strategic and experienced General Manager of Sales to lead our efforts in expanding their footprint within the hotel, restaurant, and café (HoReCa) sector.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth in the HoReCa sector.
  • Identify and target potential clients within the hotel, restaurant, and café industries.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team dedicated to achieving sales targets and business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the HoReCa industry.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment with overall business strategy.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and sales plans to achieve company goals.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the food service industry.
  • Strong understanding of the HoReCa sector and its unique requirements.
  • Excellent strategic planning and execution skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead successful sales teams.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
