  • Oversee brand positioning, product marketing, and promotional activities to strengthen market presence.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering a collaborative culture.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to identify new market opportunities and support business expansion.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and marketing within the rigid plastic packaging industry.
  • Proven track record in senior leadership roles with responsibility for strategic marketing and team management.
  • Strong understanding of packaging solutions for the F&B market.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
