Job Description

As a GM Rewards, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive rewards and benefits strategies aligned with organisational goals.
  • Ensuring market competitiveness by conducting regular benchmarking and analysis of compensation structures.
  • Collaborating with leadership to design incentive programmes that drive employee engagement and performance.
  • Overseeing compliance with regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits policies.
  • Analysing data to provide insights and recommendations on pay structures and benefits offerings.
  • Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness in rewards programmes.
  • Coaching and mentoring team members to enhance the overall effectiveness of the rewards function.
  • Leading projects related to rewards and benefits transformation within the organisation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful GM Rewards should have:

  • A strong background in rewards and compensation and benefits.
  • Proven expertise minimum of 10 years in designing and implementing rewards strategies within the Energy sector.
  • Deep knowledge of market trends and compliance regulations in compensation and benefits.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to provide data-driven insights.
  • Experience in managing teams and budgets effectively.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
