Job Description

As a Clinic GM of Operations, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the existing clinics
  • Developing the expansion plans for projected clinics
  • Managing medical and general staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations (for existing clinics and expansion)
  • Ensuring that all clinic activities comply with regulations and standards
  • Working closely with other departments to improve customer service and satisfaction
  • Analysing financial data to drive profitability and efficiency
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing necessary changes
  • Representing the clinic professionally in all interactions

The Successful Applicant

A successful Clinic GM of Operations should have:

  • Strong command in English
  • Hand-on and fast-paced, can-do attitude
  • Experience in managing operations in a healthcare or retail environment
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong understanding of financial and operational metrics
  • Highly developed problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation

  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the healthcare industry
