Known for its craftsmanship and attention to detail, the company has a strong reputation in both the domestic and international marketsJob DescriptionManage all operational activities across the three plants, including saw mills, kiln drying, and the complete production process, from raw material handling to finished goods.Lead and manage a team of 200 employees, ensuring smooth coordination across Production, HRD, General Affairs, PPIC, Maintenance, and Quality Control departments.Maximize production efficiency while ensuring high-quality outputs and on-time deliveries, with a focus on furniture made from mahogany and teak wood.Handle government projects, including furnishing hospitals and public facilities, by coordinating between departments to meet project deadlines and quality standards.Supervise Human Resources and General Affairs to ensure effective recruitment, compliance with labor laws, and the promotion of a positive and productive work environment.Ensure efficient production planning and inventory control, optimizing the use of raw materials and minimizing waste or downtime.Oversee the maintenance of machinery and equipment, planning repairs and upgrades to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime.Maintain high standards of quality control, ensuring all products meet customer specifications and company standards.Drive process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and increase profitability.
