Job Description

As a GM HRBP, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with organisational objectives.
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to address workforce planning and talent management needs.
  • Providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.
  • Ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies across all HR practices.
  • Driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Analysing HR metrics and delivering insights to support decision-making processes.
  • Managing and mentoring HR teams to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to support organisational changes and growth.

The Successful Applicant

A successful GM HRBP should have:

  • A strong educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 15 years of experience HR leadership roles within the FMCG and/or manufacturing industries.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Thorough knowledge of labour laws and regulatory compliance.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and develop HR teams effectively.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
