About Our Client

Our client is a fast-growing beauty & wellness retail business currently undergoing significant growth.

Job Description

As GM of HR, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing group HR functions-- ensuring HR policies, processes, and systems are in place
  • Support BODs on taking HR-related initiatives through a data-driven metrics to warrant a targeted HR practices across business units
  • Kickstart the establishment of strategic HR function with particular focus on people development, performance management, and compensation & benefit
  • Lead, coach, and maintain a high-performing HR team to deliver quality services across business units

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate would have at least 12 years of experience leading an entire HR functions with track-record of sitting in strategic position. You are expected to have strong commercial acumen and stellar interpersonal skills with the ability to challenge and influence stakeholders.

Since they are undergoing massive growth, a candidate with experience in growth expansion within retail business is highly preferred.
