Job Description

As the Clinic General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of clinic operations, including strategic planning, financial performance, compliance, and team leadership. Key responsibilities include:

  • Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, adherence to clinical protocols, and compliance with local regulations.
  • Financial Management: Drive revenue growth, manage budgets, and optimize cost efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team aligned with the clinic's values and service standards.
  • Client Experience: Maintain a luxury-level patient journey, ensuring personalized care and satisfaction.
  • Business Development: Identify growth opportunities, partnerships, and marketing strategies to strengthen the clinic's market position.



The Successful Applicant

  • Korean candidate is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record in senior management within healthcare, aesthetics, or luxury hospitality.
  • Strong business acumen with experience in P&L management and strategic planning.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and manage multidisciplinary teams.
  • Knowledge of clinical compliance standards and familiarity with aesthetic treatments is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
