About Our Client
Security Research Labs (SRLabs) is a Berlin-based hacking research collective, consulting think tank and boutique cybersecurity product inventor. They are a fast-growing team of 40+ hacking experts who work from offices in Berlin, Hong Kong, and Jakarta to drive security evolution globally by combining insights from research, industry, and the hacker community.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Creating and managing the global sales & marketing team along with the related processes
- Managing partnerships with resellers (e.g. system integrator, telecommunication operators, etc)
- Creating a holistic go-to-market plan for products, ensuring clarity on the product's commercial objectives and target audience, as well as, clarity on deliverable from each function (marketing, logistics, sales, care, market readiness etc)
- Defining and delivering on metrics and KPIs for individual teams
- Establishing product go-to-market strategies and ensuring readiness and escalation where needed
- Overseeing and strategizing the development of marketing plans and materials
- Developing support structures, capabilities, and processes
- Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for the region
- Accurately forecasting and achieving annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams and monitoring their growth
- Partnering with customers to understand their business needs and effectively communicating the company's value proposition via relationships, proposals and presentations
- Mentoring, motivating and providing leadership for the sales team to achieve their targets
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate has a successful track record in a similar role/business and is at ease in an environment of comparable size and complexity. Direct experience in managing sales via KPIs, monitoring, planning, and identifying weaknesses or breaks in plausibility is desired. They know how to win new clients.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 7 years sales and marketing experience - preferably with a background in SaaS and technology
- Experiences in these four areas: Go-to-market, Channel or Product Marketing, Product Management and Sales
- More than 2 years of training/enablement experience
- Highly marketing savvy, and have a strong understanding of account strategies and dynamics
- Proven ability to successfully develop and advance a brand to a market leading position
- Experience in an international environment
- Works well with partners and has a commercial outlook
- High energy with desire to make a positive impact and a high attention to detail
- Resilient and comfortable working in a hands-on start-up environment
- Commands strong communication and influencing skills
- Enjoys travelling for work (>25%)
- Familiar with the relevant technologies and secure in negotiating with sales and cooperation partners
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience managing a global team and a history of creating high performing teams, including acting as a role model and a culture carrier across their business entity
