About Our Client

Our client is a stable pharmaceutical distributor and manufacturer in Indonesia with around the country. We are looking for highly driven individual with strong logistics and supply chain experience and spirit of innovation to further develop the team.

Job Description

  • Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues.
  • Lead the Supply Chain Subdivision like Warehouse, Inventory, S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, etc
  • Works with plant, warehouse, and logistics departments to determine and set up inter company transfers.
  • Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth.
  • Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes.
  • Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals.
  • Monitor the roll out of new business initiatives / pilot programs and provide recommendations for improvement accordingly.
  • Provide key findings and support to COO and board/investors on a monthly/quarterly basis.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, supply chain, engineering or related field. ideally with experience from pharmaceutical company
  • Have a deep interest and enthusiasm global supply chain.
  • Skilled in Process Improvement (LEAN and/or Six Sigma Black Belt preferred), Project Management, and Financial Analysis
  • Strong leadership skill.
  • English is a MUST
