Our client is one of the multinational company producing specialty chemical for industrial sector.

Job Description

Commercial Leadership - Sales

  • Define and execute strategies to grow the textile chemicals business, with a strong focus on dyeing and printing segments.
  • Build long-term relationships with textile mills, garment factories, and other key customers to ensure sustainable business growth.
  • Analyze market dynamics and customer trends to guide product strategy and commercial initiatives.
  • Collaborate with regional product and technical teams to align offerings with local market requirements.
  • Manage sales planning, pipeline development, and performance tracking to meet business targets.



Operational Management

  • Oversee end-to-end operations, including production coordination, inventory planning, and on-time delivery to customers.
  • Ensure alignment with safety, quality, and industry compliance standards throughout the supply chain.
  • Drive efficiency and consistency in day-to-day business processes.



Leadership of Support Functions

  • Manage key support areas such as finance, human resources, and administration, in collaboration with functional leaders.
  • Ensure sound financial stewardship, including budgeting, cost control, and local regulatory compliance.
  • Promote a high-performance culture within a lean organizational structure.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • At least 10 years of professional experience in the chemical or textile industry, including 5+ years in a senior management role.
  • Strong commercial background with proven success in B2B sales and market development.
  • In-depth understanding of textile manufacturing processes and customer needs in the Indonesian market.
  • Solid leadership skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional teams and manage change effectively.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.
