Job Description

  • Develop and implement environmental policies and strategies across all operations.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian environmental laws and international standards.
  • Lead AMDAL preparation and approval processes for new and existing projects.
  • Monitor and report environmental performance, including emissions, waste management, and biodiversity impact.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and government agencies to maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement in sustainability and environmental performance.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in environmental management, preferably in large-scale mining or heavy industry
  • Understand about Initiative for Responsible Mining Assurance (IRMA)
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
