Job Description

This role leads to develop a strategic plan to advance the company's mission and objectives of sustainable rapid profitable growth and innovation, consistent with key stakeholder's long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies. Oversee company operations to ensure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources. Develop and implement plans for rapid profitable growth. Manage relationships positively whilst ensuring obligations are met, which includes providing "hands on" expertise in driving the sales strategy, including guiding and governing:

Local company leadership, Strategic Sales and Distribution Direction

Development and Monitoring of Sales Plans and Multi-Channel Activities

Account and Relationship Management

Digital Marketing and Innovation

Establishing and developing Sales Teams towards achievement of Revenue Targets

Processes and streamlining of the processes across the different locations

The Successful Applicant

At least 10 years of working experience in sales and/or account management within Insurance essential

Extensive experience and demonstrable success in the management of small to medium (100 people) organization over a sustained period

Demonstrable experience in the B2B sales and large client management.

Demonstrable experience in business development and strong sense of ownership and commitment towards retention of accounts

Experience in the insurance business or Third Party Administration (Business Process Outsourcing) industry

Business expertise and knowledge in the field of senior market related businesses as well as specialize insurance products businesses are ideal

Fluent in Microsoft Office Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook application

Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Based in Jakarta

Ability to analyse and evaluate complex strategic issues

Ability to manage in a dynamic and unstructured environment

Excellent interpersonal skill - ability to communicate effectively at all levels and to build mutually supportive and highly motivated teams

Enthusiastic, committed approach.

A passion and comprehensive understanding of financials

Knowledge of contracting, negotiating and change management

Commercial orientation and entrepreneurial drive

Ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the business externally and internally

Passion for start-ups and rapid growth environments

What's on Offer

approx 70m IDR per month (gross salary x 13 ) + car + driver + bonus
