Job Description

  • Oversee transportation resources, customer service, and shipment scheduling to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with transportation providers, handling negotiations and performance monitoring.
  • Coordinate with air, ocean, and ground vendors to support schedule planning and address operational challenges.
  • Track and evaluate vendor performance metrics, implementing improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Develop and manage master schedules to optimize workforce, equipment, and material utilization.



The Successful Applicant

  • At least 9 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or similar industries.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant technical tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Transport Management or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee complex logistics operations and build strong vendor relationships.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a talent for handling complexity and driving innovation.
  • Effective communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
  • Proven experience in leading or contributing to logistics transformation projects.
