Ensure models are accurate, flexible, and capable of incorporating various scenarios.Conduct detailed analysis using Net Present Value (NPV) and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) methodologies to evaluate investment opportunities and assess project profitability. Provide recommendations based on quantitative insights.Lead the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting efforts. Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant data and ensure alignment with business objectives.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics. Analyze variances between actual and budgeted figures, identifying trends and providing actionable insights to drive performance improvement.Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze business performance and evaluate potential initiatives. Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making and optimize resource allocation.Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual performance summaries, to senior management and stakeholders. Ensure clarity and accuracy in all reporting.Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal policies. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve financial processes and reporting.Work closely with finance team members and other departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
