Job Description

As an FP&A Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the financial planning and analysis process to support business objectives.
  • Developing accurate and insightful financial forecasts and budgets.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Preparing and presenting detailed financial reports to key stakeholders.
  • Analysing market trends and their impact on financial performance.

  • Providing strategic recommendations to optimise resource allocation.
  • Supervising and mentoring junior team members within the Accounting & Finance department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful FP&A Manager should have:

  • Proven expertise in financial analysis and planning within the FMCG industry.
  • Solid understanding of financial modelling and forecasting tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
