About Our Client

We are representing one of our client in the hospitality industry with a 5-star hotel in Bali.

Job Description

  • Oversee day-to-day F&B operations, including restaurant, bar, room service, and special events, ensuring smooth service and efficiency
  • Develop and execute F&B strategies in alignment with the hotel's overall goals to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction
  • Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by monitoring service quality, resolving guest concerns, and innovating the F&B offerings
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of F&B professionals through regular training, coaching, and performance evaluations
  • Manage budgets, forecast F&B revenue, and monitor P&L. Implement cost controls while maintaining quality standards to maximize profitability
  • Collaborate with sales team to develop and execute marketing strategies and promotions to attract guests and increase business
  • Collaborate with the executive chef to create innovative menus that cater to guest preferences while maintaining the highest quality of food presentation and service
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

The Successful Applicant

  • 10 years experience as F&B Manager with portfolio working in 5-star hotel or similar luxurious environment
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Extensive knowledge of food & beverage operations, cost management, and quality control
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Understanding of health, safety, and hygiene regulations in F&B operations
