Job Description

As a Finance Controller, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing financial analysis to support strategic decision-making processes.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimise budget planning and forecasting.
  • Monitoring and reporting on financial performance to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Developing and presenting financial models to aid in project evaluations and investments.
  • Identifying financial risks and opportunities, and providing actionable recommendations.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Supporting the preparation of financial reports for stakeholders.
  • Driving process improvements to enhance efficiency within the accounting and finance department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Controller should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis and business partnering within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of financial systems and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and addressing financial challenges.
